The Story Behind Caddie & Co.

From day one, Caddie & Co. has set out to deliver remarkable moments, ones remembered long after the final putt drops.

Caddie & Co. was born from a shared belief that golf is a powerful way to see the world and connect through unforgettable experiences. Founders Kim Robinson and Andrea Makauskas combined decades of expertise in golf, travel, and high-touch client engagement to create a company that elevates every part of the journey. Our vision is clear: to pair iconic golf with immersive culture, refined luxury, and effortless hospitality.

Meet The Leadership Team

Kim Robinson
CEO & Co-Founder

  • Mastermind of World-Class Golf Escapes

A seasoned executive with global experience across nearly every dimension of the golf industry. With an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and an early career in investment banking, the transition into golf began as CFO of ClubLink Corporation, Canada’s largest owner and operator of golf courses and resorts across North America.

That foundation led to the acquisition of the International Club Network, a collection of 650 private clubs in more than 20 countries, offering reciprocal access for traveling members. Building on this, the launch of Privileged Play, a virtual membership program for public golfers, offered discounted and priority access to Canada’s top daily fee courses. The combined success of both ventures, with over 13,000 members, was a natural lead-in to establishing ICN Golf Travel, specializing in curated trips, particularly to the UK.

In 2013, both membership programs were sold, followed by a three-year transition period. As part of the acquisition agreement, operations of the golf travel business continued, ultimately resulting in the launch of Caddie & Co.

An accomplished golfer having won the Club Championship at The Lake Joseph Club and the Senior Club Championship at Rosedale Golf Club, and active memberships at both Rosedale and King Valley. As a Golf Digest panelist for nearly 25 years, with a seat on both the North American and World panels, the portfolio of played courses includes the majority of Golf Digest’s Top 100 and many globally celebrated venues.

Discipline and focus also define performance beyond golf. With 13 Ironman triathlons completed, including three appearances at the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, and a #2 world ranking in his age group, a final podium finish in Kona marked a meaningful close to that chapter. Today, the same drive fuels long-distance cycling pursuits.

Each golf journey curated through Caddie & Co. reflects decades of hands-on industry experience, a global network of relationships, and a deep understanding of what discerning clients truly value; access, excellence, and unforgettable play.
