For returning clients, this call is an opportunity to refine and elevate your next adventure, building on past experiences to make your next trip even more memorable.
For new clients, it’s a chance to quickly get to the heart of what you're looking for. We’ll ask the right questions, listen closely, and determine whether Caddie & Co. is the right fit for your vision. In some cases, we may suggest a different approach or even a different path entirely, because our priority is delivering what’s truly best for you.
If we both feel there’s a great fit, we’ll move forward to discuss tailored options for your trip, or schedule a time to continue the conversation at your convenience.

Once we've aligned on your ideal destination and the type of experience you're after, we move into detailed planning, the part where the magic truly begins.

Behind the scenes, we begin confirming logistics and availability, ensuring that everything we propose is both possible and exceptional. Once the foundational pieces are in place, we’ll schedule a follow-up call to walk you through the proposed itinerary, discuss pricing, gather your input, and fine-tune every detail before moving forward.
We also understand that golf travel often involves group decision-making. Even when the concept feels perfect, you may need a well-designed itinerary to get friends or family fully onboard. That’s why, for first-time clients only, we ask for a non-refundable US $500 deposit before building your custom itinerary.
This deposit confirms we’re aligned, ensures your trip is developed with serious intent, and reflects the time and expertise required to craft something truly personal. The itinerary is yours to keep, regardless of how you choose to proceed.

The Execution
Effortless travel, flawlessly delivered.
Once you give us the green light, we take it from there.
From securing tee times and hotel accommodations to organizing dining experiences, transportation, and daily activities, every detail is carefully arranged and seamlessly coordinated. Your personalized itinerary is delivered in a polished format, so you know exactly what to expect, every step of the way.
